Is this MoT valid?

My new car has mot till 19/11/2013 on our validation certificate it say 12 month mot cover the says inception date 19/11/2013 expiry date 18/11/2014 does this mean it still has a mot till 2014 please explain

See what you mean. They have put the wrong year dates in. Should be 19-11-2012 to 18-11-2013. Go back to the MoT station that issued the MoT because if it is on the computer database with those dates it cannot be valid.
