Challenging PCN

I have received two parking tickets issues by Vehicle Control Services demanding payment even though I had paid to park in the private car park space and have tickets to prove.

The parking space is located in a private Stationery Supplies ground; some of the spaces where let by a football league company who clearly marked their space and have displayed a notice. I purchase my weekly tickets from the Football League company, park in their allocated spaces and display my permit. however I was still issued with a PCNs.

One PCN was issued at a time I believe I must have gone to get my weekly parking permit.

Second I believe was issued because my ticket was displayed upside down.
I have written to the VCS to challenge them but they have denied my evidence and forwarded the claims to a Debit and Solicitor company who are now demanding huge sums from me.

I am frustrated because I spent a fortune for the parking permit and still get tickets issued and I am not ready to give in and waste another £160/- x2.
