Buying a three-year-old Polo. What should I look for?
I am about to purchase a Polo 1.4 auto with less than 4,000 miles (it was an ex Motability car) what should I look out for as it has done such a small mileage for a 3 year old car? Will the tyres, battery brakes etc be ok?

The tyres should be okay. If it's a DSG you could have problems. And the 1.4 engine is a bit of a dog. Since you did not tell me which model it is, I leave it to you to check the entries in www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar
