Problem starting after being left for a few days

After seven days of not using my car (normally its used daily), it wouldn't start today. Not only this, but there are no electrics, nothing!

I opened the car using the key fob, but now the key fob won't work, and the doors won't lock (I've tried my spare key fob as well). Is this likely to be the battery? I had this replaced last year despite having no problems with it as Volvo told me it needed replacing during the service.

Yes. Main battery. You have suffered a total draindown. Probably something silly like the 'see you out' dimmer switch for the interior light remaining open circuit. If the battery will re-charge and hold the charge try switching the interior light off completely.
