Worn out locks on a Honda Jazz

Our Honda Jazz is 6 years old - a year ago the locks started getting 'sticky'. Now all the locks have failed - including the steering column - replaced at a cost of £576! And one of the keys is bent and not usable through being jammed in a lock - these keys cost nearly £200 to replace.

- Has anybody else had this problem?
- Do you think Honda should help pay for replacements despite the car being out of warrenty?

First report of this. Always worth asking if there's any goodwill. Honda is usually quite good about this sort of thing. Will add to www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar

Cheaper source of keys:
Try a branch of Timpsons in the High Street, side street or in a Shopping Mall. No joy there, links to keys and locksmiths in this directory: www.honestjohn.co.uk/useful-websites/specialists/
The first two on the list apparently give very good, very fast and very cheap service.
