Buying secondhand car with 110g/km

I have a 2009 Hyundai i20, and would like to change for something similar to the Citroen C3 - but would also like low emission around 110g/km, low road tax and better mpg.

I would also like to be able seats to be high rather than low, it becomes difficult for my wife and me to get in and out!

I've done some checking and I can't find anything unless you go down to a Citroen C1.
