Town & City parking
I borrowed my husband's car, and inadvertently overstayed in Asda car park. I have received a letter from Town & City Parking demanding £40 by 24 December; this then goes up to £70 if I don't pay.
They photographed my car number plate at 13.27 and 16.59. Is your advice still to ignore this?
