Run-flat tyres: what would expect to pay for an replacement in an emergency breakdown. Size is 225/45R17.

On an emergency you have to pay whatever price the vendor puts on it because you cannot shop around and are in no position to bargain. Event Tyres charge £162.34 for a single Michelin Pilot Primacy HP ZP (runflat).
