Our eight month old Ford Mondeo needs a new turbocharger
In January 2012, we bought a brand new Ford Mondeo 2.0L Ecoboost Titanium X Sport. In August 2012, the turbocharger failed.
Ford has been telling us for the last 10 weeks that the part will be arriving soon, but currently there is no sign of any action. It appears Ford cannot source a replacement.
Ford has provided us with a 1.6-litre Mondeo replacement (reluctantly). We appear to be getting nowhere with them. What course of action would you recommend?
