Is this whistling turbo sound normal?

Turbo whistles when accelerating hard, but not when you are more gentle. Does this indicate a fault or is it normal

Some turbos always whistle. But if this is a new sound it could indicate turbo bearings starting to fail. Make sure all the oilways to the turbo bearing are clear and not restricted by carbon deposits.
