What fuel economy will I get from a Mondeo 2.3?

I am going to look at a Mondeo 2.3 Auto Ghia 2009 26thousand miles on the clock. (Petrol). Thinking of towing a caravan and need for room. Is this a good engine and auto gearbox. Also what sort on miles-per-gallon could I expect.

Don't know much about it. Don't recall driving it. So few around we don't even have feedback on real mpg. Just the combined figure that seems to be 30mpg, so reckon on worse than that.
