Ford Galaxy electric windows trouble

I bought my Galaxy 4 months ago and noticed that the front window switch has 2 positions - one is manual and the other makes them go up automatically, saving time on holding the switch to close the windows or open them.

The driver side has started playing up and only works manually - but I noticed that when it rains the driver side starts to work again and when its dry it doesn't work - and today my driver window stopped working altogether and starts working when I slam the door.

Yes. The ECU controlling all of this is sitting on top of the electric window motor inside the driver's door and has probably suffered from moisture ingress.

The passenger electric window is not working, but the drivers one is, would this be the motor or is there a seperate fuse and could the switch itself be a common fault?
