Window malfunction

All the windows of my 2009 Octavia estate open when the handbrake release is pressed.

Can't explain. There is a button on the keyfob that if pressed for long enough opens all the windows. It is also common for moisture to get into the windows and locking ECU inside the drivers door and cause this. But cannot relate the parking brake to it.
