Winter tyres for mixed tyre sizes

Our Mercedes-Benz CLK has two sets of tyres. 225/50/R16 on the rear and 205/55/R16 on the front complete with a 205/55/R16 full size spare in the boot. I have an opportunity to purchase four winter tyres on 205/55/R16 wheels, what if any, are the drawbacks in fitting all the same size tyres?

None. That would be the right thing to do.

Much better second attempt at CLK. Goes well, handles well and is comfortable. Attractive looks.
