Parking Eye
I parked in a Parking Eye car park in Brandon, by Aldi, and overstayed my 2 hour welcome by 11 minutes and I was sent a penalty notice of £40. I followed Honest John's advice sent a letter with £10 cheque. Two things happened, 1) I was asked if I had any evidence I had used Aldi. 2) The cheque was returned as not enough to cover the penalty.
The Aldi receipt showed that we left the store 7 minutes after the 2 hours and the car park after a further 4 minutes.
I know we tend to slate these Parking firms but this one waived the penalty and if we treat them fair they seem to treat us fair.

That's good, and good PR for Parking Eye.
