Servicing query

My other half has a 2005 Vw Golf 1.9 TDI. She does around 30000 on the clock annually. My question is as she is doing high mileage how often should we get the oil change/ oil filter changer and the other filters changed ( air and pollen?). We are hoping to keep the car a while and I want to get into a routine of regular maintenance without over spending unnecessarily. I suggested an annual oil/oil filter change but not sure if I need to combine it with the air/pollen filter or even changing coolant/brake fluid? I always get confused by the experts when i ask with these interim Vs Full services are due.....I just don't want to get ripped off. I am not keen relying on the on board computer to remind as they are never fool proof.

Please help as the more I look online for advice the more confused I get

A 2005 is already 7 years old and the engine will be full of contaminants. I recommend an oil and filter change at least every 10,000 miles. An annual 30,000 mile oil and filter change is asking for disaster. Change the air filter at least annually and the pollen filter every 2 years. Get the brake fluid tested for moisture and contaminants. If it's okay it doesn't need changing. If it's contaminated it does.
