V5 document doesn't show garage as a 'keeper'
On V5C the selling garage is not the listed keeper of car. It does not show any proof that the garage owns the car, but it is in garage showroom. V5 documents part 9 - 'selling your vehicle to a to a motor trader' is taken of the document.
On DVLA website it says the vehicle is not licensed at present. All other records are clear and HPI is clear.
Can I buy the car?

If the car was sold into the trade the V5C would not show the dealer as keeper of the car.
