Cambelt - when should I change?

When should the cambelt be changed on a 2003 1.4 Tdci Ford Fusion? Should anything else changed (eg: tensioner) at the same time?

Every 5 years or 60k miles whichever comes first. Yes, change tensioner, small pulleys and anything driven by the timing belt. If the waterpump is, change that too.
