Best value mid-size hatchback
I want to buy a new mid range hatchback and wish to know which would be the best to buy when comparing cost, equipment, mpg, CO2 emissions, insurance, VED, length of warranty etc. One with a spare wheel would be a bonus. I would be happy to consider any new cars coming out before March 2013. Many thanks for your excellent service.

A KIA cee'd or Hyundai i30 currently seem to offer the most.
