Changing wheels on a Fiesta

I have a 03 Fiesta with 195/45/R16 low profile tyres. The front wheels are distorted and the tyres loose air. I have bought 4 replacement alloys and want to fit normal same size tyres. Can I fit new normal tyres to the front and leave the backs until they wear out?

Fiestas are actually nicest on 175/65 R14 Michelin Energy Saver tyres. I'd guess that the size for 15" wheels would be 185/55 R15. But if you've bought 16" wheels you have to stick with 195/45 R16s. Could be worse. Could be on 17" wheels with 40 profile tyres.
