Is this price too high?

I have spotted a Lexus GS 450H 3.5 SE at a Lexus dealer. Excellent condition, first registered October 2007, with only 13,700 miles recorded. The dealer has come down to £17,000 which seems rather high to me. Am I just mean or is the low mileage really worth that much?

They didn't make 450h models in 2007. Only 400h models. But dealer book for a top spec 2007 450h Navigator SE with 55k miles is £18,125, so they are not stiffing you for the low miles.
