Downsizing from Xsara Picasso - what would you recommend?
We currently drive a 2001/Y Citroen Xsara Picasso 1.8 and we are very pleased with the space and the comfort provided. As we are retiring shortly, we intend changing it in the next 6-9 months, probably to a slightly smaller MPV. We like the look of the C3 Picasso, Nissan Note and even the Kia Soul - is there anything else you would recommend? Also, as we have a holiday home in France (approx 375 miles from the ferry port) where the diesel is considerably cheaper, would you recommend that we switch to a diesel model? We can spend up to £10,000 plus anything we get for the Picasso.

Honda Jazz. Don't go diesel unless you plan to drive ast least 15,000 miles a year.
