Leaking sunroof on my Yeti

I have a two and a half year old Skoda Yeti which I've had from new. 18 months ago it had a leaking sunroof which my local dealer fixed. It's now leaking again, the dealer has had it for a week, they acknowledge that it leaks but are currently saying saying that they have no idea why.

If they are unable to fix it, where do I go from here?

Not really anywhere you can go. In theory it has to be fixed under warranty. In reality you can't reject a 30 month old car, so just try to work out why it is leaking. Probably blocked or pinched drains.
