Horrible valuation from We Buy Any Car
I have recently been made redundant and am planning on going to college after the summer.
As such I will no longer need my car and really can't afford (and don't need) to run it at the moment.
So I am looking for a relatively quick sale.
I have received a valuation of under £700 from WBAC, and to be honest I would rather SORN it and keep it offroad until I can afford to run it again for that much.
The car is 8 years old, MOTed and has done 48000 miles so I was hoping for around £2000 if sold privately. I've put up private ads but have received no offers.
Am I likely to get a better deal using BCA suresell, factoring in their fees?
Are there any other options that I could consider?

Not worth using www.sure-sell for a car worth less than £1,000. Trade book for this is £900. Try a photo ad in a newsagent's window. £2,000 is too much for a private sale. £1,500 more tempting.
