Speeding ticket when I loaned a car
Last weekend I loaned my car to a client who was visiting the UK and this morning I got a notice of intended prosecution. What should I do?

Simply fill it in giving the name and address of your client as the driver. As a visitor he's unlikely to be prosecuted.
