Astra steel wheel flaw

For the second time in a year immedeately after a tyre change I have had to replace a steel wheel due to a small flaw in the inner rim which leads to deflation. The tyre fitter acknowleged the stress of the replacement proceedure triggered this and I accept it was not his fault as it would seem to be a manufacturing defect. The wheels are GM but had a Dunlop stamp on the rim.
The wheels were dammage free. Anybody else had this problem?
