Bought a Faulty Car

hello,
bought a car 2weeks and 2 days ago basically i have had nothing but problems and have been lead to believe by renualt when i had it inspected that the m.o.t is dodgy as the car has no brakes no lights with clips so cant attach bulbs bonging noise when turning steering wheel the door needs welding and the cd player dont work also the car had a bald tyre when i bought it and the handbrake recentl broke i didnt even have brake lights when i drove it away i am aware i was stupid and to trustworthy but do i have a leg to stand on ?

can i reject the car?
do they have to except my rejetion ?

Who did you buy it from and how much did you pay? If a private buy, you cannot reject it unless you can prove it is unroadworthy. If bought from a dealer and if you paid £2,000 or more, you probably have a good case in the small claims track of the county court, but that is no guarantee that you will get your money back, especially if the 'dealer' was an itinerant.
