Should I buy a Ford Fusion 1.4 TDCI
The fuel economy, low cost tax and relative cheapness of the ford fusion 1.4 diesel has my interest. I could afford an early one at nearly ten years old and 100k miles on the clock.
I am wary of the repair cost of the 10+year/100+k miles old technology(engine, airbags, abs, electrics, this and that).
What kind of big bills might be expected at 100k+ miles for the Fusion diesel?
Broadly speaking would an older Fusion diesel be cheap to run?

Better to go for a 1.25 petrol. They are more reliable with less to go wrong.
