Shall I ignore my parking fine?
I got a paking ticket from UKPC firm. I was parked in Riverside Northampton in a disabled spot - I have got a blue badge for my mum, my mum was with me and the blue badge must of fallen down. When I came back I had a parking ticket. I was only gone 5 minutes.
I have been told UKPC is a scam firm and I should ignore it - is this true?

Just ignore it and the increasing level of threats until they actually take the matter to court, where you have an excellent defence (they won't).
