Skoda Octavia engine advice

I was wondering which Octavia would be best to buy. The 1.6 FSI or the 1.9 TDI?

The 1.9 TDI has been the most reliable VWG diesel in the last 10 years. 1.6 FSI not a very good petrol engine.
