Easiest car to sell

My brother is visting from Australia in June for about 6 months and would like to buy a car which will be easy/quick to sell when he leaves. The idea is to spend less than the cost of 6 months rental. He has about £3500 to spend on a 5 door hatch.

The hardest car to buy for £3,500 will be the easiest to sell. Probably a Toyota Yaris 1.4 diesel.
