Buying a people carrier .
I need a car that can carry 6 adults comfortably . Preferably a 7 seater . 2 of the adults are pensioners so they battle to get ionto low lying cars . I have seen a Ford Galaxy 2.3 Zetec Reg 200 (W) . It is Manual and runs on petrol . Done approx 80 000 miles . Seller wants £1 500 . Do you recommend these vehicles ?

For £1,500 you take a chance whatever you buy. But this is a chain cam engine, so no worries about timing belts. Bit juicy. Check over carefully for rust and check the engine mountings.
