I want to buy 1.6 HDi C3 Picasso, 10 plate. I do under 5K per year. Is that going to be a problem?

If it has a DPF, probably, and unless it's a 90 it probably will have one. If it doesn't, no worries.

Neat styling. The 1.6 HDi is a decent all-rounder. Excellent ride.
