What motability car?
I have ordered a Vauxhall Meriva 1.3 diesel from Motability. Do these cars have any dpf problems? I do aproximately 15 miles each way on the motorway a couple of times a month, will I have a problem with this? I currently have a Hyundai i30 1.6 diesel on 09 plate and have not had a problem with DPF. In the 3 years I've had it I have done 28,000 miles.

The old model Meriva 1.3 diesel did have DPF problems, yes. The motorway runs aren't quite long enough for active regeneration to take place, especially if you do a lot of short runs from cold. Your Hyundai probably does not have a DPF. They did not normally get them until mid 2010.
