Selling Porkies
I am thinking of selling my 2007/57 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe. It has done around 14,000 miles and am wondering what is the best and easiest way to sell it, and to whom?

Quite a valuable car, so what you don’t need are home visits by people who want to steal it from you or take illegal test drives. I'd first try a few independent Porsche specialists, such as www.autofarm.co.uk/sales and www.paragongb.com . No joy there, talk to www.sure-sell.info , who might recommend entering it in a Top Car auction. BCA has now increased these at its Nottingham auction centre. A 2007/57 997 Carrera 2 3.6 with 23k currently trade books at £30,775 and book retails at £37,025. Not a chance of getting anywhere near retail with a private sale.
