Crusty rear brakes

I would like your opinion on the rear discs replaced on my car at a main dealership. The car has covered 33,560 miles. I have measured the disc and the total wear on the thickness is 0.75mm. The reason for the replacement stated was corrosion.

Entirely normal. Most of a car's braking is at the front. The rear pads only touch the rear discs under very heavy braking in order to stabilise the car. Consequently, overnight corrosion does not get cleaned off the rear discs as effectively as off the fronts. That's why corrosion can eat into them as it did to yours.
