I recently received the same type of 'ticket' after buying and displaying a parking ticket which blew into the windscreen and out of direct sight of the 'attendant', who issued me with an illegal penalty notice which I 'appealed' against, I then received the same type of threatening letter as RR of Liverpool, my reply, stating that my contractual obligations had been met, quoting the above Act and requesting no further contact unless it be for a court date where I would plead my case in front of a judge, would appear to have silenced the PPC.
