What is Ford Direct? I have been looking for a particular car with a particular spec through main dealers and they are coming back with offers such as a blue one 5 months old with 2,800mls on the clock or a black one that’s three months old with 1,600mls on the clock. Would you have any idea why relatively newish vehicles with this kind of low mileage are out there? Would they be demos or problem motors perhaps?

It's central Ford nearly-new stock returned from short leases, fleet demonstrators, car rental companies, etc, refurbished at Tilbury and offered online to Ford dealers. If a car had been rejected for faults it would be more likely to be auctioned off than go via Ford Direct.
