Buying a very large estate car

Is it best for me to buy a estate car with 30,000 miles on the clock with FSH 2006 06 at 14445 with lots of extras a good buy? It's in a private dealer with FSH by Mercedes and is an ex-lease car and it is immaculate. The last E-Class I owned has been flood damaged so need a replacement. I also read in the HJ website that the facelift models are far better. Can you help me please?
