2005 Mondeo a good buy?

Considering a Mondeo on an 05 plate with 73k on the clock. It's 1.8 that's been well looked after but has had no major work as yet. Price is a non-negotiable £2695. The price seems ok to me but is this make of car a sound second hand buy?

Not bad. Had a dual mass flywheel but these rarely give trouble with the petrol engines. Inlet manifold swirl flaps best removed. More here: www.honestjohn.co.uk/carbycar/ford/mondeo-iii-2000...d
