Zafira diesel particulate filters
I recently had to have a new DPF fitted to my Zafira 1.9cdti (120bhp). It has been on the car less than a month and now suddenly the car goes into limp mode and I get a fault code which relates to the DPF when hooked up to op com. It tells me the saturation level is at 96% - surely this cant be right the car has done only around 200 miles since having the DPF fitted?
On Op Cam you can tell the ecu a new DPF has been fitted - could this have been missed when the new one was fitted, so the ecu thinks it still has the old one?

The job of fitting the new DPF has not been done correctly. Complicated FAQ about DPFs here:
