When's my court appearance?

I was caught by police crossing red traffic light and without a licence. The incident happened 15 months ago. Police told me that I will get a summons from court. I didn't receive any summons 'til now.

I was in the same address for 9 months from the date of the incident. I used to change my address in provisonal license when ever I changed my address.

So can you please let me know how long will it take to get a summons? Do I have to update my address with the police? I do not know the police contact details.

If summons goes to my previous address will that be any problem?

You have to check with the police of the area where the offence took place what progress has been made with the summons.
