Car not of satisfactory quality
I recently bought a Ford Fiesta 1.4TDCi from Evans Halshaw in Burnley. I agreed to pay for and collect it a week later so that it could be ready.
When I came to collect the car I was told there was trim missing from the N/S rear window, the warranty booklet was misplaced and it had not been serviced as it did not need one.
I had Ford 7 day drive away insurance and took the car home, the long way round. I did 100 miles that day and when I got home I proceeded to put my stuff in the car (sat nav etc).
Over the next few days I discovered the rear bumper trim loose, 12v socket broken, rear parcel shelf broken, spare wheel could not be secured, trim around the console loose, steering column bolts loose, both seat belt anchors broken at front, windscreen trim flapping, drone from the rear of the car, aircon inoperative, steeering radio controls faulty, and worst of all I found I wasnt insured - the cover note was for 36 hours, not seven days.
I had to date it from the Friday as I was collecting it Sunday and it needed taxing.
EH have got the car back, they have had it for over a week now and I wish to reject the car as I do not trust the dealer at all. I am not confident the car will be rapaired correctly and they havent given me an explanation or an apology as to why it was sent out in such a state. What's my next move?

Reject it as "not of satisfactory quality," citing Clegg v Olle Anderson (trading as Nordic Marine) 2003.
