ParkingEye fine
I recently recieved a parking ticket by ParkingEye, I have followed your legal letter and sent them a cheque for £5 and they sent it back with another threatening letter, I am really concerned where I go from here? Please can you help me with some advice as I am on a budget and dont want to incur extra charges.

Either you fight it or you give in. They will harass and threaten you. But in early November a bill was passed giving parking control companies almost unlimited rights against the registered keepers of cars parked on the land or in the carparks they control.
