Refitting a propshaft on a Land Rover Freelander
My girlfriend's freelander has had the propshaft removed by her ex. Is there a common fault with these vehicles which would be cured by removing the propshaft? At the moment it's a FWD vehicle . Any comments would be welcome as I intend to refit the propshaft .

He may have removed it for a reason, not merely to save a little bit of fuel. If you replace it I can't tell you if the electronics that control the 4WD will match up.
