Black smoke from an Octavia

I have a Skoda Octavia 1.6. It has 170,000 km in good condition but it has problems - black smoke from the tail pipe and a high fuel consumption. I changed the spark plug, timing belt, water temp sensor, fuel and air filters, but still have the same problem. I don't know what to do.

Most likely to be failed valve stem oil seals. Definitely, if it's using oil.
