Alloys for winter tyres

I have a Volkswagen Tiguan (2011) but not the new model!

It is fitted with 235/55 R17 99H tyres and I have purchased a set of Dunlop Winter Sport 3Ds in the same size.

I am now trying to buy a second hand set of alloys for these. The original wheels are 7J x 17H2 ET43 5x112. Assuming that I must match the 7" width, 17" diameter and the 5x112 stud PCD - how exact must the offset of ET43 be? I have seen wheels with ET38 so would like to know before I purchase.

Needs to be the same offset.
