Buying a C-Max

I am looking to buy a 57 plate Focus C-Max. Auto, Titanium, Petrol 2.0 with 14,000 on the clock. It is up for £7,450. Is this a good price and what faults should I look out for? It is ex motability.

Quite rare. Book retail with 43k miles is £7,200, so £7,450 for 14k miles is about right.
