Courtesy car after accident
I've just had an accident that I'm confident is 3rd parties fault - she pulled out from a side road hitting my car. I've informed my insurer, who have said that Enterprise Hire will contact me regarding a hire car.
My insurer have said I will need to pay 'just' a £1 'deposit'. Am I about to enter a credit hire agreement and, potentially, be liable for some outlay? What should I do to ensure I do not become liable? My policy with my insurer does include a guaranteed hire car benefit.

Yes, this is credit hire. Yes, if the other party's insurer does not agree the hire car fees you will potentially be liable.
