Should I do the deal?
I have a 2009 (Sept.) 3.6 TDI Phaeton which I bought as a demo in Feb 2010. It has done 20,000 miles.
A dealer has just offered to PX for a Feb 2011 (latest model) with 50 miles on for £8,500 which equates to about £4,600 pa (if I pick it up in Dec which I want). The seems to be very low depreciation for such large car. I like Phaetons, in fact this is my third, but a recent Autocar review care it a poor write up.
Do you think it is woth changing?

Something wrong with your sums. Your Sep 2009 will be 27 months old in December 2011. The replacement will be 10 months old. £8,500 / 17 = £500. £500 x 12 = £6,000 depreciation pa.
